Some small site fixes.
We've fixed some small issues:
- ReCaptcha on the register page to battle spam bots
- Thumbnails are now generated again everywhere on the site.
- Random profile on the front page is random again. I think Yochai had enough exposure on the front page!

servers.ini
Our servers.ini tool to generate a servers list for mIRC has been drastically cleaned up to remove dead servers (big thanks to Mtec89 and Wiggle). If you have used this tool in the past we invite you to regenerate your servers.ini so that it's not cluttered with deadbeat servers.
If you haven't used this feature before we also invite you, it's a great way of finding out new servers for you to explore!
